Comprehensive functions on our website are available to prepare your exhibition visit and to organize your appointments and notes per trade show. Presentations held at the Conference or at the Exhibition Forum may be transferred to your trade show schedule, which may be completed by individual appointments. You can import all appointments into Outlook or any other calendar or time schedule program.
The following functions are at your disposal when you login:
Trade Show Schedule: Add conference sessions, particular forum presentations or exhibitor events to your Trade Show Schedule by mouse click. Your Trade Show Schedule will be at your disposal when you login for the duration of your session, your selection will be automatically saved to your personal account and be available to you again upon future visits to our webpage for further actions.
Trade Show Schedule may be created for one or several events.
Printing Trade Show Schedule: Your trade show schedule is of course available for print. You can select month duration and print out the trade shows, conference, forum presentations you want to visit.
